Common Questions

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You may need to expose the area being treated, so shorts for lower body issues and a vest or sports bra for upper body work are ideal.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on your condition and goals. Some issues can be resolved in 1-2 sessions, while others may require ongoing treatment. After your initial assessment, I'll give you a clear idea of what to expect.

Is sports therapy just for athletes?

Not at all! While many clients are athletes, I also treat office workers with postural issues, people recovering from surgery, and anyone experiencing muscle or joint pain.

What's your cancellation policy?

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged a fee.
